2. Products and Availability

We offer fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen produce, herbs, and related grocery essentials, subject to availability.

Product availability may change depending on stock, season, supply conditions, quality checks, and local demand. We reserve the right to modify, replace, limit, or remove products at any time.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, discounts, packaging, and product availability may change without prior notice.

In case of any pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the order, or contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed through our mobile app, website, WhatsApp, phone, or other supported channels.

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation through the app, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email, depending on the details provided.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, or operational issues.

5. Account and OTP Login

Our app may allow users to sign in using phone number-based OTP authentication. You are responsible for providing a valid phone number and keeping your account information accurate.

You agree not to misuse OTP login, create fraudulent accounts, or use another person’s phone number without permission.

6. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value may apply for checkout. Currently, the minimum order value is ₹100. We may update this minimum order value from time to time based on operational requirements.

7. Payments

We may accept the following payment methods, depending on availability:

• UPI
• Credit or debit cards, if supported
• Net banking or wallet payments, if supported
• Cash on delivery, where available

Online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Amaira Fruits & Vegetables Shop does not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials.

8. Delivery and Service Area

Our delivery service is primarily intended for residents of Windlass River Valley and nearby supported areas in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, weather, traffic, building access, customer availability, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery fees, if applicable, may depend on location, order size, delivery timing, or other operational factors and will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation where applicable.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before packing or dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are generally not accepted once items have been delivered and accepted.

You may contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• An item was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
• An item was missing from your order
• There is a significant quality issue

Clear photos and order details may be required. Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method, store credit, or replacement, depending on the situation.

11. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate and up-to-date account, contact, and delivery information
• Not to use our website, app, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Not to interfere with the operation, security, or performance of our services
• Not to misuse offers, discounts, OTP login, payment systems, or delivery services
• To be available at the delivery address or provide proper delivery instructions

12. Product Quality and Natural Variation

Fruits and vegetables are natural products and may vary in size, shape, color, ripeness, and appearance. Minor natural imperfections that do not affect edibility or quality may not qualify for refund or replacement.

13. Intellectual Property

All website and app content, including logos, text, graphics, images, product presentation, design elements, and branding, belongs to Amaira Fruits & Vegetables Shop or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as payment gateways, Firebase, Google services, hosting providers, delivery support tools, or communication platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, policies, or actions of third-party services beyond our control.

15. Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, timely delivery, and reliable service, Amaira Fruits & Vegetables Shop shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, natural events, internet outages, or third-party failures
• Minor product variations due to the natural nature of fresh produce
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Temporary unavailability of products, services, website, app, or payment systems
• Losses caused by unauthorized use of your phone number, account, or device
