- The product should be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered, where possible.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Products that have been consumed, altered, or improperly stored after delivery

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once an order has been packed, prepared, or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
If an order is cancelled successfully before packing or dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.

If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, weather, traffic, building access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, refund or cancellation eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
