1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing
We offer fresh fruits and vegetables, subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, or packaging at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards (if supported)
- Cash on Delivery (for select areas)
All online payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. Amaira Fruits & Vegetables Shop does not store any sensitive payment information.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Deliveries are made to select areas in and around Windlass River Valley, Dehradun.
- We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.
- A delivery fee may apply depending on location and order size, which will be communicated during checkout or confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are accepted only if:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
All return/refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:
- Not to use the website for any unlawful activity
- Not to interfere with the site’s operation
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Amaira Fruits & Vegetables Shop and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accurate and timely service, we shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to natural calamities, internet outages, or third-party failures
- Minor deviations in product appearance or weight due to natural variation

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
